Main Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and methods to production units.
• Detect, evaluate, and propose actions to make processes more robust and enable autonomous production.
• Design and qualify solutions and systems required for the manufacturing process using 2D and 3D software such as CREO/SOLIDWORKS.
• Analyze, design, implement, and qualify solutions and systems necessary for the manufacturing process to eliminate safety risks and reduce ergonomic impact on operators.
• Manage and ensure the maintenance and improvement of production documentation (work instructions, tracking sheets, etc.), as well as control plans, process sheets, and FMEAs.
• Propose alternative processes to meet customer demands as quickly as possible.
• Ensure the implementation of technical actions resulting from QRQC activities and production lines, FMEAs, and quality improvement meetings (scrap, rework, etc.).
