In the context of an in vitro epileptogenesis model 1) Realization of organotypic culture of rodent brain slices, 2) ELISA and Western Blot analyzes and their interpretation 3) Electrophysiological recordings on "micro-electrodes arrays" and their interpretation and 4) Carrying out and interpretation of pharmacological studies on the model. 5) Use and improvement of computer tools for the acquisition and analysis of electrophysiological recordings. 6) Internal publication & presentation, study reports & scientific watch. 6) Development of a novel platform for chronical recording. 7) Gene silcening (siRNA).
