Résumé
Through my experiences in policy making and in scientific programme management, I have acquired a solid understanding of research policies and practices at French, European and African levels. I have managerial-level, hands-on experience of international scientific cooperation operations and strategy, and have organised many large institutional and scientific events in Europe and Africa. High-level institutional relations have always been an essential part of my activities.
I am currently managing three different research policy areas at Science Europe, the association of European research organisations: Researchers' Careers, Horizon 2020, and Cross-border Collaboration. Science Europe acts as a think-tank, a collaboration platform and an advocay structure.
