Résumé
I am a physicist specialized in laser, optics and photonics with 15 years of experience in optical path design, and 10 years of experience in laser engraving.
I keep a hands-on approach and always get in the laboratory to get my work done, be it with a "simple" camera for machine vision setup or a multi-hundred watt femtosecond engraving machine.
I also love programming and am currently learning to master Python for various projects, including the development of an engraving machine prototype from A to Z, computing digital holograms, etc...
My goal is to help companies tap into the potential of brand new optical and laser technologies and to help them develop new products.

Subject: Integration of optical tweezers in photonic crystal structures
The work includes:
- Optical trapping of nanosize objects (<500 nm of diameter) using standard optical tweezers and photonic crystal cavities
- Optical bench design
- Fabrication of the photonic crystals in silicon and characterization of their performances
- Fabrication of microfluidic circuits for nanosphere injection in the photonic crystals ( <mm thick PDMS/glass membrane)
- Motion detection of the nanospheres
- Simulation of new trapping cavities design with COMSOL
