Résumé
Guillaume Rubechi is Avocat (Strasbourg Bar) and Rechtsanwalt (Frankfurt Bar). He focuses on international tax law and particularly on French and German tax law. Since 1997 he counsels and assists businesses and investment funds on both sides of the Rhine River and beyond. He also counsels individuals with the management of French and international matters pertaining to their assets.
Guillaume has gained a sharp expertise in the field of French-German real estate investments, but also in the areas of renewable energies, international taxation of industrial groups (transactions, restructuring, international optimization of cash flows, transfer pricing…).
Guillaume teaches tax law at University of Strasbourg and has published a number of articles on international taxes, in French and German specialized press.
